Payment
We accept all major credit cards and bank transfer.
Order Fulfillment
To process your order, we will need your full name (first and last), address, email and phone number. Please be sure all of this information is correct and secure for a timely delivery. Phloem Studio is not responsible for any items or packages once they have been delivered to the stated address on an order.
In stock items will ship Monday through Friday within 3 business days.
Made to order items will ship after the specified estimated lead time. Lead times are subject to change depending on material availability, manufacturing or fabrication schedules and forces beyond our control. We will communicate any lead time changes with you via email as soon as they happen.
If you require an expedited order fulfillment, please contact us directly at questions@phloemstudio.com to discuss your request. Expedited order processing fees may apply.
Shipping
All furniture, art, and large and bulky home goods will be quoted for shipping after you place your order, and you will be invoiced separately. We will be in touch with you to coordinate the shipping option that is best suited for the destination and the item(s) being shipped.
Smaller items will ship via the best available rate through UPS, FedEx, or the USPS.
Phloem Studio is not responsible for any items or packages once they have been delivered to the stated address on an order.
Returns and Exchanges
We sincerely hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, and should the need arise we can accept exchanges or returns for store credit. We do not offer refunds due to the handmade nature of our goods. All furniture, books, art, made to order and one-of-a-kind pieces, or any item labeled Final Sale may not be returned and are final sale.
Please do not mail any returns without first contacting us. Phloem studio is not responsible in the event that a customer return is lost or damaged in transit.
Damage
If your order is damaged during shipping, please document the packaging and the damaged item(s) and get in touch with us at questions@phloemstudio.com right away. It is your responsibility to keep all of your packaging material and damaged goods until a resolution is reached. No claims made after 3 days will be accepted.
Damaged furniture, larger home goods, and art must be noted on the BOL/Delivery slip. You can refuse a freight shipment if the order is damaged, but you must note it on the BOL and report it to us immediately at questions@phloemstudio.com
All insurance claims are processed by the freight company, and are not the responsibility of Phloem Studio or any of the designers, artists, or makers that Phloem Studio represents.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Phloem Studio is not responsible for any items or packages once they have been delivered to the stated address on an order. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to have the item(s) delivered to a secure location.
International Orders
Phloem Studio ships orders internationally. To receive a shipping quote, please email questions@phloemstudio.com with the following information:
-The item(s) with quantity or quantities you would like to order
-An exact shipping address
-A telephone number
We will email you an invoice for payment once we have received the above information, and will ship once payment has been posted.
All international orders are final sale. Returns are not accepted on international orders.
Phloem Studio is not responsible for import fees, taxes, VATs or any other customs fees should your package be processed by customs.
Be aware that delays may occur if your shipment is processed through customs. If packages are refused due to unexpected customs charges, you will be charged for both outgoing and incoming shipping costs, as well as the customs refusal fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they might be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

When you place an order we use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about it. We collect personal information when you subscribe to our marketing newsletters. This information will be used to inform you of new products, promotions, offers, or updates on our site.
